This role will be heavily focused on identifying the mid-sized IT startup companies and generating new business growth through cold calling, business meetings, networking and brand awareness. You will be working closely with clients to meet both their permanent and contract staffing needs.

Day to Day:

  • Business Development: Identifying the mid-sized IT startup companies and generating new business development opportunities through cold calling, networking, brand awareness and growing existing accounts.
  • Client Relations: Building successful business partnerships with existing and new clients. Acting as the main point of contact through first inquiry to invoice, proactively resolving any issues, consulting on work solutions and supporting them throughout the hiring process.

You Bring:

  • Previous staffing industry experience and a strong understanding of Canada and the USA IT staffing.
  • A natural ability to find new clients and engage them through your curiosity, your expertise and your ability to create better outcomes with them.
  • Experience with Executive Search Procedure
